Step 1) Save the .xlsx file to a CSV file that has a single column. The column header must have the value: Name
Step 2) Click the 'Choose File' button and select the input file to be used.
Step 3) Click the 'Produce Report' button to process the data.
Step 4) Once report has been produced, click the 'SDN Admin' button to return to the SDN page.
